30-day returns

If something is not right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and we will send a prepaid label and instructions. Refunds are issued once the item is on its way back to us.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered. If a product fails through no fault of your own, we will replace or refund it. Reach out via the FAQ and we will sort it.
